Default Missing SSMS in a SQL 2005 Cluster - 04-13-2009 , 01:45 AM

Hi,

I have configured the sql 2005 A\P cluster. I am noticing that the SSMS,
Business Intelligence etc are missing after the cluster install.

Tried the manual cleanup of registry and a reinstall, even after that the
results are the same.

Any help on this is greatly appreciated.

-- TIA,
Manoj

Do you select client tools while installing SQL Server instance on the
node?

Hello,
Yes, I did select that.

The issue was due to the improper removal of the previous install.

Btw, I have fixed issue by a manual removal of cluster [Registry cleanup]
and removing all external references.

thanks,
