Can you expand a bit on that question?

Clustering has nothing to do with mirroring...
Did you mean the database mirroring support introduced in 2005? If so,
you mirror databases not servers.

Or do you ask if you can have two instances of SQL Server in the same
resource group? If so, no. Only one instance per resource group.
