This is configured to use all processors. Do you have any
other ideas what could be causing our problmes?

Currently, we have hyperthreading turned off through the
BIOS of our machine. Obviously, turning it back on won't
hurt, but do you think it will solve our problem.

Any help or idea is appreciated. Thanks

Chad

How about the affinity mask? Run sp_configure.
