I recently change the account that sql server runs under. Now I reinstalled the MS Outlook for the new account and configured the exchange server and mail box. Then I went to SQL Server and Support Servers then to SQL Mail and the properties of that. The name of the mail client comes us I test it and it says stoped and restarted the mail successfully. Next I go to Management and then properties of the SQL Server Agent. When the properties come up I the Mail Profile is grayed out. I have tried faulting the cluster and taking SQL Server and SQL Server Agent offline and then brining back online, but the Mail Profile is still grayed out. The only thing I have not tried to to Restart both nodes. Has anyone had this problem or any suggestions on how to fix this? We have change the service account on other servers that are not clusters and have had no problems. Thanks |
