Hope this is the right group to post on since there isn't
one for log shipping.

We plan on implementing Log Shipping to a Co-Lo site for
DR purposes. There will be at least 2 servers but up to 5
that need log shipping partners. My question is about the
Monitoring Server. The recommendation is to have this on
a seperate server but it works just fine on the
destination server. Doing this would cause us to review
the status on up to 5 servers but it seems waste full to
use a separate server that only monitors log shipping.
All opinions welcome and thanks in advance.
