Anyone Pleasee............. Beachcomber "VBeachcomber" <vivek_sharan (AT) hotmail (DOT) com> wrote in message news:%23EYJTg4rIHA.5724 (AT) TK2MSFTNGP06 (DOT) phx.gbl... I have a scenario where I have 2 environments. a) Production [ 2node (active-active) sql 2k Cluster] b) Test [2 Node (active-active) sql2k Cluster] We maintain a current copy of our DB for Dev purpose. Currently I'm synching the 2 db's using a DTS job. (just synching the tables that I work on) I intend to sync up the entire db and I guess Log shipping would be the most efficient way to do it. I am running into a problem when I try to select the destination server on the <Specify the Log Shipping Destination> dialog box of Log Shipping. Since the two env are on separate domains I don't think I can have a common windows account that can grant access to all the servers. Is there a way to circumvent this issue. Thank you all Regards Beachcomber |
