Hi,

I need to have the Virtual SQL Server listen on an additional IP
address, which is actually bound to a MS Loopback Adapter.

Both the nodes will have a Loopback Adapter configured with the same
IP address. I will not create a IP resource based on the loopback
adapter IP. Yet I want the Virtual SQL server to listen on it.
