Here is a link to the whitepaper which explains how to install SQL Server
2000 in a cluster. The installation is the same regardless of whether the
OS is Windows 2000 or Windows 2003.

http://www.microsoft.com/technet/tre...hnet/prodtechn
ol/sql/deploy/confeat/failclus.asp

You must apply Service Pack 3 to SQL Server 2000 in a Windows 2003
environment:
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=329329

This is the Windows 2003 Cluster Service page where you can get additional
information about the cluster:

One of my client has said me that Microsoft doesn't
recommend install SQL 2000 in a Cluster Windows 2003. I
don't believe, but, Is it true?. Do you have any
information about it?.

Thanks
Joaquín

Your client is in error. SQL 2000 is supported on Windows 2003 Clusters.
