All Hotfixes/Service Packs/Cumulative Updates are cluster-aware. Simply
start the install on the node that owns the SQL instance you want to patch
and the installer prompts for everything else.

Note that installing a CU is an offline event and will stop the services
and possibly require nodes to be rebooted.
