How do I write a drive signature on Windows 2003, 64 Bit Platform

Somehow a drive signature on one of my cluster disks has changed. I'm
investigating how to write the correct signature but can't find the right
tool.
Dumpcfg.exe is for 32 bit platform so what's the alternative for 64 bit ?

Dumpcfg will work on the x64 platform. I used it earlier this year on a
64-bit cluster and it works just fine.

Dumpcfg will work on the x64 platform. I used it earlier this year on a
64-bit cluster and it works just fine.
