Generally when we applied a hotfix/service pack to a cluster active/active or
otherwise we'd fail all instances over to one node, apply the hotfix there.
Reboot the node w/o instances. Fail the instances over to the other node,
reboot the first node, then rebalance the cluster. But that does take a
little downtime so may not be applicable to your situation.
