Default Heartbeat ip change - 01-02-2004 , 10:58 AM

I have a windows 2000 server that runs SQL 2000 Etr. I need to change
the ip address of the heartbeat. I was wondering what the best way to
change that would be. Thanks for your time

Default SP3a Install Fails on Single-Node Cluster - 01-05-2004 , 09:40 PM

Hello. We have a SQL Server 2000 Single-Node Cluster created for our
Development environment [QAT and PRD are two-node clusters] on Windows
2003 EE. We are using a Local Quorum for the Cluster. The SQL Server
seems to be running fine. When I try to install SP3a, however, the
setup just fails after the "gathering information" dialog box. The
"sqlsp.log" file contains this error:

18:10:19 ShowDlgDiskGroups: GetLastError returned: 1008
18:10:19 An attempt was made to reference a token that does not exist.

18:10:19 End Action : DialogShowSdDiskGroups
18:10:19 End: ShowDialogs()
18:10:19 Action CleanUpInstall:
18:10:19 Installation Failed.

Any ideas on how to resolve this? We can not use our DEV SQL Server
until this is resolved and SP3a installed.
