I am having issues installing SQl 2008 std. cluster on a Server 2008 r2
cluster.

Can someone please confirm which Features or Roles I need installed on the
R2 Server cluster? I know about .net 3.51. Any web components?

Also my .iso from our Volume License site says it's SQL 2008 Std. but when
it installs it shows as Enterprise edition. Any thoughts on this? We want
Standard Edition of SQL 2008.

That depends on your installation req.
If you need reporting services then you will need IIS (web components)
For basic Cluster installation you should be fine with the 3.5 .Net Fmwk.
