Default Errors after SP4 install on Windows 2000 Advanced Server - 02-18-2004 , 02:51 PM

{Lost Delayed-Write Data} The system was attempting to
transfer file data from buffers to
\Device\HarddiskVolume2. The write operation failed, and
only some of the data may have been written to the file.

This server is a clustered sql 2000 server - error
happens during backup. Had same issue with SP3 (OS) -
SP2 works fine - but would like to eventually be able to
update. The backup fails so I'll have to roll back
again. This is NOT the only server it happens to - any
of the clustered sql servers that I try to update get the
same errors (different clusters).

Anyone know anything I can try?

Thanks!!!

Only one node owns. In fact, it's a single node cluster that the error
came from this time - but it does happen on multi-node clusters aslo if
I up the OS sp from sp2 to 3 or 4.

Any other ideas ?

Thanks!!!

Teri
