Error 14258

Hi,

Our Cluster Server had problems last week. Once it's up,
the SQL Server Agent shows running. But when I double
click the jobs, all jobs show Microsoft SQL-DMO (ODBC SQL
State: 42000) Error 14258: Cannot perform this operation
while SQLServerAgent is starting. Try again later.

I can't figure out what's wrong with this server. Please
help me ASAP. This is our production server and I can't
run all jobs manually.
