Default Disable Fulltext - 05-21-2004 , 10:58 AM

I have a server that has SQL Server 2000 with SP3A with
Windows 2000 Advanced Server with an Active/Active. We
are presently not using the SQL Server 2000 Fulltext.
How can I disable the SQL Server 2000 Fulltext service?
How could stop the service and disable the service to
restart when rebooted. How can I disable the SQL Server
2000 Fulltext service from the cluster?

Thanks,

Mike

You can manually take the resource offline, then it won't come back online
at the next restart or failover. You can also set the resource to not
affect the group in the resource properties.
