Default Can't Attach Database - 01-23-2009 , 07:15 PM

I'm having a problem attaching a database on a server using Veritas Cluster
Server. The process works when I do it on a standalone server, but when I
try the same thing on the VCS server I get the following:

Microsoft SQL-DMO (ODBC SQLState: 42000)

Error 5105: Device activation error. The physical file name
'F:\SQLLog\vibes_log.ldf' may be incorrect. Cannot create file
'F:\SQLLog\\Vibes_log.LDF' because it already exists. Could not open new
database 'Vibes'. CREATE DATABASE is aborted. Device activation error. The
physical file name 'F:\SQLLog\vibes_log.ldf' may be incorrect.

Jim
Have you tried RESTORE command ? The error says you already have the log
file. Can you elaborate a little bit?
