The best ways to install windows update is to install it first on passive
node than fail over active node to passive one and install updates on active
node. But before doing it , please make sure that windows update which you
are going to install must be compatible with windows clustering services .

TQ manpreet. I have another issue that i need to clarify before i can proceed
with this update.

1. Under the Failover Cluster Management, under the nodes, when i select one
node, i can see there is an option to "pause" that node. Do we need to
"pause" the selected node in order to update to that node?

2. I'm using active passive cluster, there's no NLB, so how to determine
which one is the current active node?
