We had same problem on same configuration (on name instance
It is not SQL proble
Problem is probably in IBM memor

If you have two instance of sql server, one of them can use maximum 30GB (our opinion)
Just in case , we decreased amount of memory that name instance use (from 30 to 16Gb , 8CPU - for test
Memory size we increased when we got a little bit stability (after DBCC CHECKDB)
Allocation database files isn't important for this problem but it's VERY important for performance
