Wow, a 10 year old application running on a 7 year old operating system. <G>
I can only guess, without seeing all of the logs and have access to the
systems, but I would guess that the database grow process it taking complete
control of the disk and causing the failover. This happens, for example,
when doing a chkdsk as well. You should use extended maintenance mode during
processes that need full access to the disk.
