8 nodes and 8 instances does not leave much room for failover unles you
intend to pre-stack instances. Also, do you have your system where it can
reside on 8 separate servers. Note that SQL clustering is not a scale-out
solution, it is a failover solution. Each instance is a separate SQL
server.

yes we have a 8 node blade chassis.
