Where do I find a step by step how to use SSIS

I need to transfer a tables data between a sql2000 server table and a
sql2005 server table using the 2005 server management studio. I knew how to
do this with the 2000 enterprise manager but they changed everything again
<GGG> where do I find step by step info on how to do this with 2005 server
management studio?

right click on the database --> taimport data
