What permissions do you have in the database?

Hi Rotsey,

I bet you are mistakenly trying to view System Stored Procedures'
properties. If you right click on a System Stored Procedure (which are
stored in Programmability\Stored Procedure\System Stored Procedures node)
then you'll see only "Modify", "Reports" and "Refresh" in the popup menu.

If you have stored procedures in your database, then they are going to be
stored in the Programmability\Stored Procedures node.
