Hi, I have upgraded to SQL Server2005. I have some tools that seem to only support SQL 2000, and I am wondering if I install the basic connectivity tools of SQL 2000 on my client, will they be able to connect to the SQL 2005 server ? For example can I connect the old ISQL/W tool to SQL 2005 Server... ? Thanks |

Hello, ISQLW will open up a SQL 2000 query analyzer. THis will work fine for SQL 2005 databases as well. Thanks Hari "Aussie Rules" <AussieRules (AT) nospam (DOT) nospam> wrote in message news:OzJwBjHrHHA.5092 (AT) TK2MSFTNGP04 (DOT) phx.gbl... Hi, I have upgraded to SQL Server2005.
