No, the older ODBC drivers for SQL-Server 7, 2000 or 2005 should work fine. However, if you have nothing installed at this moment (which would be surprising if you already have VB or FoxPro), you can install the MDAC components: http://www.microsoft.com/Downloads/d...displaylang=en Alternatively, you can chose to install the latest ODBC and OLEDB drivers for SQL-Server 2008 which are called the "Microsoft SQL Server 2008 Native Client": http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=en -- Sylvain Lafontaine, ing.
