I'm trying to install the SQL 2005 client tools on an XP SP3 box. The
installation errors out at the MSXML6 installation. Some have said to
uninstall SP3 and try it but that doesn't seem to work.

I found the solution, in case someone else runs across this problem.

- First check Add/Remove programs and un-install MSXLM6
- If this doesn't work, download and run the MS Windows Installer Cleanup
Utility and remove MSXML6

The client tools installation process to install without incident.
