When I save a file in Query Analyzer the program freezes up for 20-30 seconds at a time. This is getting very frustrating because out of habit I hit Ctl-S every few lines or so. I've defragged my disk. Turned off my Virus Scan. Archived several folders under MyDocuments (under which my sql files are located), now MyDocuments is around ~90 MB. Rebooted several times and I'm still having the problem. Does anyone have a clue as to what the problem is? Thanks in advance, Tim |

-----Original Message----- Tim, Just a guess.. Do you have ODBC tracing or VisualStudio Analyzer accidentally turned ON? Start ODBCAD32.EXE and check the 'tracing' tab. -- Dinesh.
