Can I use same port for SQL server 2000 & 2005, i.e 1433?

On separate servers yes, but on a multi instance server no.
Only 1 application can be bound to a port at a time

I have a Multi instance

If you have a multi instance machine the port 1433 can only be available
for one of the instances of SQL server. Usually the default instance is
assigned 1433.

To answer your other question about how to find out ports being used:
You may use: Netstat -a to list all the ports currently being used.
