I have builtin\users on security of my server and also on my database and
when a user tries to open the database it asks for a login and password on
the windows server level. How can this be changed so that the user does not
have to login everytime. I have windows authentication set to yes.

First step is define what "open the database" means. It appears that the
application you use to "open" the database either does not support
integrated security or is not configured to use it.
