Default MS Access 2000 and SQL 2000 - 11-08-2006 , 09:56 PM

I have a user application that runs on MS Access 2000. On one client PC, the
user's PC log in and got the following error:
17[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][DBNETLIB]AQL Server does not
exist or access denied.:53[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][DBNETLIB]
ConnectionOpen(Connect())..

Its very strange because when I log into the same PC with local admin
rights, or with my ID, I have no problem to login to system. However, when
the user try her login, the above error occurs.

Initial diagnose thought it was MDAC, but I doubt. Any one has any idea
what is the cause?

Thanks in advance.

I can see that your using ODBC for the Client PC to connect to the SQL
server.
Does that particular user have access rights to access the SQL server?

what type of authentication are you using? Domain or SQL?

thanks

Does the user actually have access to the server? Is her default database
set properly in the DSN, and does she have a login for it?
