Hi Rogers,

Were you trying to run a script to create a user or were you using the
GUI?

Is the server in Windows Authentication mode or Mixed mode?

Hi Rogers,

When you are creating the user, do you have the option set to force the
user to change their password upon next login (it's called "User must
change password at next login")?

I believe that the cause of the error might be that you are forcing the
user to change their password on next login (as indicated by the
"MUST_CHANGE option is not supported...." in the error message you
posted).

Turning this option off should fix the problem.

Hope that helps
