I am trying to create user in SQL Server 2005 Express Edition but I was
failed to do so.

here is the error.

Hi Rogers,

Were you trying to run a script to create a user or were you using the
GUI?

Is the server in Windows Authentication mode or Mixed mode?

Through UI and there is Mixed Mode ... using Express Editions

I believe that the cause of the error might be that you are forcing the
user to change their password on next login (as indicated by the
"MUST_CHANGE option is not supported...." in the error message you
posted).

Turning this option off should fix the problem.
