I understand that you would like to connect to your Oracle 9 and 10 from your 64-bit SQL Server 2008 instance via linked server, however you found that MSDAORA does not include a 64-bit OLE DB provider. If I have misunderstood, please let me know. Yes, MSDAORA is old and designed for Oracle 8. Currently Microsoft does not provide any 64-bit provider for Oracle.
