Expand all column widths in SSMS 2005 grid view to fit field names

In MS Excel, one can select the header row of a worksheet and double click
any one of the column separators, and all columns will expand to display
complete text of column names.

Is there a way to do this in SSMS 2005? I realize I can expand column
widths one-by-one, but this is tedious and it would be great to have a global
way of doing this.

If you find out a way please post it here but AFAIK there is no way to do
that in SSMS.

ya there is a way but not direct one
right click on result and click select All , then copy , and then paste it
to excel
rest u know well.....
