Default Excel to SQL Server. - 04-16-2007 , 07:35 PM

I would appreciate if any one can guide me or send me any stored procedure
through which I can accept the Excel file from User Interface, save it into
any physical folder or in the table and do some process and save the data
into the Database and also archive the excel file for future reference.

Thanks

As long as you have a consistent format for your xls, check out Data
Transformation Services (SQL Server 2000) or SQL Server Integration Services
(SSIS) (SQL Server 2005).
