Hey all,

Is this a (known) bug?

my_db=> select EXTRACT( EPOCH FROM TIMESTAMP 'epoch' );
date_part
-----------
-3600
(1 row)

?

(I know TIMESTAMP is implicitly TIMESTAMP WITHOUT TIME ZONE, but I'm in
GMT, so surely it shouldn't make a difference...)
