[BUGS] Jdbc3SimpleDataSource does not require the setting of password to access database - 12-18-2004 , 01:01 AM

Is this a bug or a feature? I am running Postgresql 7.4.3, with the
afore-mentioned
jdbc driver. The OS is Linux 9.1 professional.
