Not possible.

Oracle works upper-case only for dictionary unless using "". Many have found
this to be "a good thing", others think it's a limitation. Not worth
debating!

Best you learn to code to the documented limits, or switch.

Please do not cross post to all these groups. (Or are you simply trolling
and trying to get a fight between the Oracle and Postgres groups?)

Oh, and if you haven't heard of "multi-valued" or "Pick-style"
databases, you are in good company - one of the best kept secrets of
the industry, a virtual black hole, because once a developer devles
in, they will not want to return ! If you need a "brand name" to get
the switch past management, justb tell them that you want to join the
4 million or so users of IBM's U2 product - or you you prefer, there
are a number of other providers of (roughly) equivalent products in
the market.
Pick? Wasn't that written by 3 guys in a condo on the beach in Long
Beach who had to hide all their stuff every time the landlord came by
because commercial uses were not zoned there?

Good troll!
