Details:

After using "submit" when filling my previous bug (2361) report using
http://www.postgresql.org/support/submitbug I got
http://wwwmaster.postgresql.org/system/handleform.php page containing only
the following text:

&id=2361

I know that this bug report was submitted but only because I'm subscribed to
pgsql-bugs.

I'm using Firefox 1.0.7 on Fedora Core Linux 4 on i386.
