Description: ODBC dirver Problem
Details:

When using ODBC version 07_03_0200 VarChar fields do not pad spaces on the
end. When using ODBC version 08_00_0101 the driver DOES pad spaces on the
end of the data. This should not be the case. It SHOULD pad them for Char
data fields but not for VarChar else what is the point of VarChar?
