Details:

version 8.0.3 for Windows XP

Program Language : VB6
Test for "Select ... where xField='data' ;"


Double Byte Character System : Chinese
return back: EOF (Record not found)

But OK in English


Run pgAdminIII Tools to double check :
The result is correct.

the same example in PostgreSQL-7.3.2-3 for Linux
is correct too.
