My system is WinXP SP2 PL (charset WIN-1250)

PG 8.0.3 sort records only with use of charset WIN-1250.
But base encoding is ISO-8859-2 or UTF-8.

How to coerce sorting charset same encoding of database ??

I don't believe PG supports unicode (UTF-8) on Windows fully. Check the
manuals for details.
