Hello people,

how do I get the files out of the mysql++-2.0.7.tar.gz package to work
with MSVC 2005? I need some sort of step by step guide because I never
used libraries with MSVC before...

Please excuse, when I overlooked the information I'm searching for...

Well if you are using the new MS Visual C++ 2005 Express then the is no
solution to that unless you are an expert on libs and the MS C++ compiler, I
tried and couldn't get it to work so I fliped over to MingW32 instead as it
more or less compiles out-of-the-box there
