Makefile.vc not in final release 2.0 ?

Hi all, i saw a reply saying that file was missing but will be shipped fo=
r RC2. I can't see it in final 2.0 ?

Could you tell me where i can fin=
d it to get it work with VS 2005 B2 please ?
