What compiler?
I'm using dev-c++, which i think uses g++=20

What platform?
I'm using windows xp sp2

What versions of each?
Dev-c++ 4.9.9.2

What command did you give?
Just tried to compile my project...

Try to define the makro MYSQLPP_NO_DLL and recompile / link
