how have I to edit the privileges that I can connect from a access-db
stored on a notebook to a mysqlserver stored on a linux box.

Actualy I get the following error:
Access denied for user 'linux (AT) 192 (DOT) 168.0.251' using password: NO)

Which gives some basic steps for doing this.

It sounds like you haven't configured a user for access to the database.
