Load Data Infile gives error row 5 doesn't contain data for all rows - 06-08-2007 , 03:50 PM

Hey guys help me out here. I am trying to import a text file to Mysql
and I do the Load Data syntax. I was able to import around 8 tables
but 3 of the tables give me an error saying
"row <number> doesn't contain data for all fields"

Do you guys know of a workaround.
