Having problems with installing this module.

set http_proxy=http://www.proxy.ansto.gov.au:3128

PPM> search location=http://ppm.activestate.com/ppmpackages/5.6plus/
Error connecting to 'http://ppm.ActiveState.com/cgibin/PPM/ppmserver.pl?urn:/PPMServer'.

Can you help please?
