DBAs just brought it to my attention that these system tables are not populated. Any idea wht RUNSTATS wouldn't be loading them?

these tables are not populated by runstats,
they are populated by the "real time statistics" feature
it's a db2 feature that populate these tables
you can find in the administration guide and reference directins on how to set it up
