Default Storing files - 11-24-2010 , 05:31 PM

Hi all,

Are there any differences between storing files in databases (e.g.
PostgreSQL in bytes) or in file systems (e.g. ext3)?

Many. Can you be more specific about what you're wanting to know?

Preferably, read the result of web searches for what you're asking about
(“database” and “file system”), then formulate some more specific
questions based on your new understanding.
