Steven

woud it be helpful to allow the changes to the database & the programs to be
made without needing to make the change to both at the same time?

Would it help to allow the old version of software to access the new version
of db & the new version f software to be able to access the new & old
versions of dbms - all at the same time without changing the software or the
database?

We provide a model driven migration technology that does precisely this.

Let me know if of any interest.

Problem:
We have a program, based on an oracle database. Every new release of
the program, there are changes made to the database as well. Our
developpers make a list of these changes, so when a client upgrades
his version of the software, his database should be upgraded as well.
Are there any programs, that provide the possibility to execute the
complete list of sql-scripts, with a descent error-handling system?
